Returns

You have 2 working days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• For items ordered incorrectly or a change of mind a 20% restocking fee equal to the value of the item will be incurred.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately and a replacement item will be provided.

Refunds / Credit Notes

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, we will issue a refund or credit note, minus the 20% restocking fee where applicable.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and an approved, insured courier must be used (unless local and it can be collected on your next delivery run).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For faulty or damaged items, we will advise on the return or collection process as needed.
